Each account is connected to one phone. If someone signs in on a different phone it is blocked and shows under New phone waiting — tap Connect the new phone to switch to it (the old phone is then signed out), or Keep the current phone to refuse it.
For leave or holiday cover, tap Allow a new phone. The account opens up, and the next phone to sign in still has to be approved by you before it works.
Reset account is different and stronger: it wipes the record, so the next phone to sign in connects on its own with no approval. Use it only for a brand-new account or a phone that is gone for good.

Store directory
Tap a Channel to expand its Accounts, then an Account to see its Outlets. Tap an Outlet to edit it. Publish changes with Export Source Files.
Catalog (0 SKUs)
Your list saves automatically on this device as you go. To publish it to all phones, use Export Source Files below and upload to your web server (same folder as the app).
Tap a product to edit it. Tap a brand to collapse it, "Rename" to change its name & category, or the box beside it to set a logo.
Publish changes — outlets & catalog
Take server copy discards this device's catalog and takes the published one. Use it when this phone shows something different from everyone else. Anything on here that was never published is lost.
Export catalog only is the safe choice for image or product changes — it downloads just catalog.json with a fresh version stamp. Upload it into the app's folder and every phone picks it up next open.
Export Source Files also downloads index.html (the app code). Only use it if you specifically need to publish code — it exports the running index.html, which may be behind the latest build.
